July 5 & 6, 2022 – The EPIC Costa Rica team came together in Escazú of the San José Province to welcome CEO and founder, John Matlosz, as well as to celebrate their EPIC successes since his last visit.
John sat down with the team over dinner, where they enjoyed live music and reconnected over some great food, drinks, and laughs. Before bringing the evening to a close, John personally awarded employees in acknowledgement of their dedication, passion, hard work, and ability to Think Ahead in delivering long-term value to EPIC’s growing clientele.
Members of the Costa Rica team were recognized through Team Player, Stand Out Performer, Rookie of the Year, and Go the Extra Mile awards – celebrating their collaboration and leadership, productivity and efficiency, performance and dedication, and ability to exceed expectations and take meaningful action beyond their scope of responsibility respectively. The awards represent the level of excellence, reliability, and consistency that EPIC inspires in every employee.
The team capped off the two-day celebration with alignment and strategy meetings on July 6th at EPIC’s new San Jose office, bringing everyone together for some much-needed facetime in the office. On the agenda: the sustained growth of EPIC’s nearshoring model, strategies for continued talent acquisition and development, and exploring opportunities for continued success.
