Pamela Amador
Director of Client Engagements
Pamela focuses on cultivating world-class teams to serve EPIC’s clients’ custom software development needs. With over 14 years of experience in client service, production, human resources, and recruitment, she is an expert in leading projects and helping developers to perform their best work together.
As Director of Client Engagements, Pamela bootstraps new client projects, oversees the onboarding process, sets communication standards and helps establish project methodologies. She is well experienced in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Pamela works closely with clients to monitor development team performance, project outcomes, manage budgets and mitigate risks. In turn, she coaches fellow team members how to collaborate with clients and deliver to their objectives.
With a degree in Psychology from La Universidad Católica de Costa Rica, Pamela has also done graduate studies in Labor and Organizational Psychology at La Universidad de Costa Rica.
